  • There’s been a noticeable increase in traffic around inner Brisbane since school started this year. I heard from a colleague that it was because a lot of work from home contacts had expired and many people were being forced back into the office.

    Surely, encouraging anyone that can work from home to do so would help save some fuel for those that have no choice. And with less traffic, those that do have to drive will also be using less fuel.

    Reducing the fuel excise temporarily is short-sighted and won’t matter if we run out.
