  • This change would definitely get companies to change their behavior, make it a rounding error in the millionth of a percent region. That will definitely get them to behave differently.

    What would be the plan, in your perfect world, to get companies not make the same mistake again? Ideal version would be nice to know, and maybe we can agree on that. But given that we’re not in the perfect world, what would you say the way to change company behavior is at this this exact point in time?


  • Have you had a mussel that the separated from the shell just by stabbing it and then picking it up? I’ve always had to hold the shell in place while doing so. Which gets the sauce on my hands, which is functionally not that different than peeling the shrimp that will “get my hands dirty”, at least in my mind. And I could manage it all just fine, if I wanted to, but clearly do not.


  • Looks delicious, but there’s no way I’d order from them. So I get my food, and then get to prepare it while it’s too hot to touch? So I need to wait for it to cool down to extract the mussel, and shell the shrimp. And then I get to eat lukewarm paella. It bothers me to have to shell food that’s been cooked, but know not everyone is neurotic as me.
