  • The truth, which you would know if you ever got out of your information bubble, I recommend DylanBurnsTV on YouTube by the way, is that Putin doesn’t care how many thousands of peasants or foreigners tricked into the war he has to kill to grind forwards. It’s the literal definition of zerg tactics.

On the other hand you have the US, where dear old Donny has developed a taste for regime change after Venezuela went so smoothly for him, while the US population, even MAGAts, has no desire to be dragged into a war. A proper ground invasion will not be accepted, high loss of life will not be accepted. Iran only needs to be able to fire drones at ships or bases occasionally to keep the heat on, while Trump has declared Regime change and total surrender of Iran his goal. Donny is simply delusional about what he can achieve in Iran without facing wide-spread protest.

That said, it is true that Israel and the US have complete air control and have heavily degraded Iran’s capability at conventional warfare. Something the Russians have not and will not achieve.

And that is just the domain of war-making. When it comes to disinformation campaigns, the Russians are the clear winner. Have you not read the recently released news that Orban was live-texting Lavrow updates on EU discussions on how to support Ukraine? There is a mole in the EU and Nato thanks to, in no small part, the Russian disinformation campaigns.

  • Russia runs giant misinformation campaigns in order to destabilize western countries. And the election of Trump shows that they’re getting worth their money. And if noone stands to oppose Russia, Putin can do as he pleases. And right now, the most we get from western countries is a halfhearted attempt at supplying Ukraine. Russia is failing to take Ukraine, but they are still inflicting high losses on Ukrainian civilians. If Putin can flip western nations, he can grind away at Ukraine and then the baltics, without much opposition.

  • For most parts of the world, the only reason why the problem with the variability isn’t solved yet, is because governments don’t want to invest in the electricity grid. We have the storage technologies, the only thing missing is money. And it’s unrealistic to say that energy needs to be trabsported from the Sahara to nordic countries. Finland already needs to cut its nuclear reactors, because the renewables in Finland produce so much energy. Only the furthest regions north can’t use solar.
