Ive worked with younger folk at my work. Half are "oh my lord , we are so screwed " the other half is “damn, this kids smart, I like em”

Our theater (we are lucky) is a 10 dollar each movie ticket and 5 dollar popcorn. Roughly the cost of 2 drinks at a bar. Love it.

Then we have another theater that is the restored original one, with reclining seats and an amazing sound system. Also 10 dollars. That one serves beer too.

Never in my life had anyone being loud or on their phone during a movie, and ive been to hundreds. Guess we are just respectful up north. Little Kids have been loud at times but it happens.

I hate large TVs in my house and I don’t have a TV in the living room for this purpose. Sick of them being the centerpiece of houses, IMO. I have a smaller side room for TVs and video games. I also just hate large TVs in my house so yeah ha.

Scary thought. Instantly you’d have a 20 dollar a month subscription and a limit of 2 game installs/downloads a month. And your drivers license/id would be scanned.

Yes its a closed Eco system which isnt great but we still have gog. And steam games unless noted do not have DRM. They are playable without the steam client.

Bro, I have one coworker that does his work on a 14" laptop, no external mouse or keyboard.

I have no idea how. I have minimum 15 windows open at once and am going back and forth on them or have 4 windows open at once in my monitors to compare data and make markups. And ofc a nice keyboard and mouse. Laptop gets shoved out of sight.

I feel like he’s either really slow or not doing any work at all.

And then I feel guilty because I don’t work hard enough 🙄
