I was absolutely fucking furious when my local soccer team switched from Seatgeek to TM for primary ticket sales. Ended up dropping my season tickets, partially because of that. Not that Seatgeek is much better, but they are at least not a monopoly.
We did that, and tickets for Adele were still $600/seat on the primary market and not for front row. Those same seats ended up selling for $900/seat on the secondary market. Similar location tickets to Adele in Munich were $100 each. Tickets to Madonna were $400/seat in LA and $80/seat in Portugal on the main ticket website, not resale.
You’re right, because kids have been shown to listen to the parents all the time and have never had problems handling adult situations when their parents aren’t around 100% of the time. Even amazing parents raise kids who do stupid shit. And once these amazing parents aren’t around their kid 100% of the time, those kids are still kids and will make bad decisions. This is especially true when it is something that literally every person around them is doing (adults, kids, friends, celebrities).

Bullshit. There are news stories every day of Teslas catching on fire. Do you have any idea how often normal cars catch on fire? There are news stories because it is a new technology that people either hate because they hate EVs and love gas cars, or because they hate Elon Musk. Yes, there are legitimate reasons to hate Tesla (Elon and the unopenable doors that trap people in), but EVs catch on fire statistically less often than gas cars, but you NEVER see stories about gas cars on fire and see tons of stories about Teslas.
Also, there are 6 cases they could find of this happening on Waymos. Do you have any idea how many millions of miles these Waymos have driven? 200 million miles. They are operating 24/7 in 10 major cities and have been for multiple years. Their home base in my city is right by my house, and do you know how many Waymos I’ve seen stopped on the side of the road, either broken down or stopped for being confused? None so far. Do you know how many cars I have seen stopped in the middle of the road or an intersection, either because they broke down, or had a flat tire, or the driver was on the phone, or the driver missed a turn and was trying to do a 5 point turn in heavy traffic instead of going 1 block farther and then turning around? A lot. Multiple times I’ve seen cops pulled over directing traffic away from a stalled car that people were trying to push out of the way. What is different from that cop using his time to do that versus getting in and driving it out of the way?
Firefighters have to deal with this all the time.

Being more flexible helps to a point, depending on the activity. Being too flexible is a thing, if your body doesn’t have the strength to handle the new range of motion. Strength is VERY important to control what your body is doing. Being able to move a bunch of places without control is bad. Conversely, having the strength to move a body part without the flexibility to move it can also be bad.
As with nearly everything in life, balance is key.

Once you overstay your visa, you are not here legally. Those are 40% of the illegal immigrants in this country. There is a difference between undocumented and illegal. ICE is going after illegal immigration in all forms, not just the people sneaking over the border.

Both overstaying your visa and sneaking over the border are illegal. Only sneaking over the border is undocumented. ICE is going after illegal immigration in all forms.

Actually, yes. 40% of undocumented immigrants came in legally (many on planes) and simply overstayed their visa.
I played the Hogwarts game and beat the final boss or whatever?? I don’t remember now because it was rather forgettable. Anyway, the gameplay itself was pretty fun with casting spells and stuff, so I kept playing after the main quest was complete. I started doing some of the side achievements like solving all the Merlin puzzles and performing specific spell attack combos. Then I looked into what some of the achievements actually required and noped out fast. Turned off the game and never looked back. Some were crazy things like “perform this 4 spell attack combo on a group of 3 people with at least one rogue… 10 times.” Or “find all 86 hidden carrots in Hogwarts,” which even if I could find a tutorial walk through on that I wouldn’t which ones I’d already found and would have to go step by step. That’s awful design.
Then there are games like Elden Ring or Ghosts of Tsushima where I played post-credits A LOT.
