Try reolink. They have a couple of options. You dont need a wifi connection. Just an sd card. Or if you want ypu can have s/ftp setup at your pwn hpme server.

Cloudflare has been pretty bad too lately. Its like the big companies are not even trying anymore. And if a real war broke out…their facilities are all centralized and VERY easy to target. Keeps me up at night sometimes since a vast majority of services at work are all on central servers.

In theory the internet self corrects. But in practice, if AWS/Cloudflare/MS/etc…goes down, a LOT of other services you dont even know about are effected. Last AWS issue took down Azure as well as people were scrambling to get servers back up and running (among other things).

Im having a great time with the game! Its fun.

Its not the best in my opinion. The graphics are not the best and the single player is pretty boring. But its free so give it a shot.

But they ALL have to have an app, and all the extras I really dont want or need. Plus in my area it regularly gets very extreme temps that have messed up electric cars in the past. He talks about how batteries are not an issue…but I know at least 3 people that have had battery trouble with EVs and had to get them replaced.

Im waiting a bit for EVs, but the ability to plug in and not go to the pump is a very tempting offer.

“is compatible with the Android ecosystem” is a killer feature. Having the apps AND the open software would be very powerful.
